little dude

the other day when we had our lovely road trip not only did we collect treasure, but i am a weirdo and carry miniatures in my coin purse from time to time and this little dude, a photographer - happened to be in my wallet. my father suggested he go for a hike in photos. so we played and i documented the dude as he documented too (heee hee).

i know there are quite a few photographers / artists out there working with miniatures in staged and public landscapes so i have kind of kept to my terrariums, but i must say taking my mini folk out on a field trip was super good times.

    @ skdpnyc - a nap, or perhaps a nose dive into the sand. shooting teeny tiny people in the windy desert is challenging. but i loved the honesty of this photo, the guy just couldn't quite make it in that gust, and my hand is all creepy like a weird lizard fairy sneaking in for the big pick up!
